The Athletics and @PThe Public Education Foundation surprised students and staff during a CCSD Book Bus visit with a day full of reading, learning, and fun!
Students had the exciting opportunity to meet Major League Baseball players, who took time out of their day to read to students and inspire a love of literacy. 📖⚾ Students also received free books and fun swag, while teachers received Classroom in a Box donations to support their classrooms.
Through the power of Literacy and Community Partnerships, we’re putting books into students’ hands, supporting educators, and creating memorable experiences that inspire lifelong learning.
