Indian Education Department is funded by the Title VI Formula Grant and the Johnson O’ Malley (JOM) Grant. Therefore, CCSD American Indian/Alaska Native students must qualify for Title VI or JOM services by submitting the proper documentation.

Title VI Students

Qualifies for Title VI program, but is not eligible for Johnson O’Malley (JOM) services

Documents needed: 

Descendent of a parent/grandparent with a Certificate of Indian Blood card or letter.

1) Title VI form
2) Parent/grandparent tribal card or letter
